Custom Haas Garage Door Install in Suncadia

These custom garage doors were installed in the beautiful Suncadia community in Cle Elum. Our customers chose the Hass American tradition series design 9600, 2 sided steel insulated with polystyrene overlay board. The black base with black overlay and clear glass top section are striking on this home.
The motors that were installed to operate these doors are the LiftMaster 84501 ultra quiet DC operated belt drive. This motor comes with LED lights built-in, soft start/stop operation, Wi-Fi, transmitter, and a lifetime belt motor warranty.

Double Garage Door Install in Ellensburg, WA

This new double door installation is on a large shop building at a ranch in Ellensburg, WA. The garage doors are Mid America 24 ga commercial ribbed insulated vinyl back garage door with a row of 24″x13″ windows placed in the 3rd section so the customer can see out.

The doors utilize two 14’2″ x 14′ with 38″ of high lifted tracks and one that’s 12’2″ x 12′ with 60″ of high lifted tracks. On the 12′ garage door we have a chain hoist and on the 14′ doors we installed the Liftmaster MJ5011U medium jackshaft operator.

These impressive doors bring new access and functionality to this huge garage/shop structure for easy vehicle access.

Carriage garage doors are such a great way to make the garage look like it has the old school carriage look with the convenient modern workings of a traditional garage door.

We installed 3 Liftmaster wall mount operators that definitely gave this garage a clean look on the inside.  This install in Ellensburg turned out great from the outside as well as the inside.
