Out with the old and in with the new!
What an amazing transformation on this building in Badger Pocket near Kittitas. This residential garage is very old and was in need of new garage doors in a big way.
We showed up and got to work right away removing the old falling apart garage doors and installed some brand new doors.
What a difference they made on the inside of the building as well as the outside.
We recently installed a set of new garage doors on manual operation stick frame shop in Ellensburg, Washington. Multiple garage doors were needed for easy access of their multiple vehicles. We installed manual doors. 2-10×10’s and 3-12×14’s
We work closely with our customers to determine the best garage door to fit their particular needs – that will provide the functionality and lift required to meet their requirements.
Our crew just finished this job in Cle Elum today where we installed three garage doors in this free-standing garage/shop: – two 9×10 garage doors with 4’ of high lift and a 16×14 garage door with struts in every section. The client will store his RV and other vehicles in the shop building, now easily accessible through new garage doors.
To lift the garage doors we used a Liftmaster 8500 and a Liftmaster MT501.
Unique Yakima River Canyon Installation
Josh was told that other Garage Door companies said this style of garage doors could not be installed because they would run into each other and that coiling garage doors would be the only option. The home owners did not want that. So they reached out to Davis Garage Doors for this custom job.
Josh accepted the challenge and quickly got to work. Bringing his experience and knowledge he started measuring the openings, head room and side room. With his measuring tape and door specs in hand he began crunching the mathematical numbers and was able to find the proper track heights to get the job done!
The Doorlink model 3650 Flush Black Garage Doors have glass and struts on every section to strengthen the doors against the high winds in the Yakima River Canyon, and give this modern home a complete look.
When standing in the garage you can see the 20×10 garage door glides slightly underneath the 10×9 garage door to display a beautiful view of the Yakima River Canyon.
