Custom Haas Garage Door Install in Suncadia

These custom garage doors were installed in the beautiful Suncadia community in Cle Elum. Our customers chose the Hass American tradition series design 9600, 2 sided steel insulated with polystyrene overlay board. The black base with black overlay and clear glass top section are striking on this home.
The motors that were installed to operate these doors are the LiftMaster 84501 ultra quiet DC operated belt drive. This motor comes with LED lights built-in, soft start/stop operation, Wi-Fi, transmitter, and a lifetime belt motor warranty.

Double Garage Door Install in Ellensburg, WA

This new double door installation is on a large shop building at a ranch in Ellensburg, WA. The garage doors are Mid America 24 ga commercial ribbed insulated vinyl back garage door with a row of 24″x13″ windows placed in the 3rd section so the customer can see out.

The doors utilize two 14’2″ x 14′ with 38″ of high lifted tracks and one that’s 12’2″ x 12′ with 60″ of high lifted tracks. On the 12′ garage door we have a chain hoist and on the 14′ doors we installed the Liftmaster MJ5011U medium jackshaft operator.

These impressive doors bring new access and functionality to this huge garage/shop structure for easy vehicle access.

 

Haas Garage Door Installed in Ellensburg

These beautiful garage doors we recently installed in Ellensburg used Haas Door model 681 Recessed short panel with 1/2″ insulated glass sections using the colonial window inserts.

These garage doors matched the vision our customers had perfectly! The Charcoal color truly matched the gray theme they had throughout their new home. The Liftmaster 98022 Elite Series with battery backup gives their garage a nice clean finished product that will also give them peace of mind when the power goes out. This residential garage door installation is absolutely one to be proud of!
