It was replaced promptly and when I asked some questions about the 14 ft garage door on my shop he promptly explained the problem and corrected all the issues in a few minutes. This guy really knows everything about garage doors. He went beyond expectations when he fixed my spring. He lubricated everything and even noted my automatic door opener was about to fall due to loose bolts and promptly fixed it .
